Why two maps?
The lease wizard creates a state-regulated document — an e-stamped, e-signed rental agreement. State law decides where the pure-online flow is enforceable. In Maharashtra and West Bengal, for example, registration at the sub-registrar’s office is mandatory regardless of term length, so the 11-month online shortcut doesn’t apply.
The rent collection platform — UPI AutoPay, reminders, ID Pass tenant screening — doesn’t create new documents. It runs on existing landlord-tenant relationships, so it works pan-India. A Mumbai landlord can subscribe to Pro today and start collecting rent through Legally Rent; the lease document itself is registered separately.
